Header hierarchy within callouts not identified

Describe the bug
When the "Show headers" setting is enabled, I would expect Influx to identify and include headers from within the callout, but they are ignored.
To Reproduce
- Ensure that "Show headers" is enabled.
- In Note Two, make a reference to Note One in a callout, after a heading:
> [!NOTE]
> ## Heading in the callout
> Here's a reference to [[Note One]]Expected behavior
Influx will include the heading from the callout similar to how it would be done if it wasn't in a callout:
