What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?
Linux, only controler - jenkins version 2.459
Reproduction steps
- Install latest version of plugin and in Under Manage Jenkins > Configure System there should be a "Locale" section. there is no section Locale
Expected Results
Under Manage Jenkins > Configure System there should be a "Locale" section.
Actual Results
No locale in Under Manage Jenkins > Configure System there should be a "Locale" section.
