Driving phase - route and encounter data should be used to generate course

After successfully simulating a route, players should then have the characteristics of that play-through reflect upon the driving phase in the following areas:

planning phase driving phase
distance traveled length of the course
launch velocity initial speed parameter
encounters obstacles/events
gravitational forces track perturbation values
total transit time target time to finish

If I'm being honest with myself, I'm not entirely thrilled with how the gravitational forces map to driving phase conditions as-is, but there's potential for some interesting stuff
