Driving phase - route and encounter data should be used to generate course

After successfully simulating a route, players should then have the characteristics of that play-through reflect upon the driving phase in the following areas:
planning phase | driving phase |
---|---|
distance traveled | length of the course |
launch velocity | initial speed parameter |
encounters | obstacles/events |
gravitational forces | track perturbation values |
total transit time | target time to finish |
If I'm being honest with myself, I'm not entirely thrilled with how the gravitational forces map to driving phase conditions as-is, but there's potential for some interesting stuff
