UX for retry/quit when cargo is destroyed

Separate from the actual cargo unit exploding (see #74), when the player's flight path ends with a crash the game should play an appropriate sound before/in addition to displaying some text asking what the player would like to do next (Try again? Quit?). Try again or retry will invoke the reset action (same as pressing Del); UI selection audio should be included if possible (alternative: create new issue to track).
