Earning a High Score doesn't allow high score entry

Describe the bug
When completing the driving phase the scoring dialog shows. When a high score is achieved, it's not giving players the option to enter their initials for the new high score
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Complete driving phase with a score > top 10
- After scoring completes, click Next
- See error
Expected behavior
The High Scores should be displayed in input mode
Actual behavior
The player is navigated to the game's main menu screen
