Custom domain

The manifest does not work ok with custom domains. Only hoster domains are working ok with Apache.
Please try dev branch, it was improved significantly couple days ago. Ext domains should work now, but make sure you bind domain before you install jps.
The new version works as expected, absolutely spot on so far.
