Do not log headers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Whenever I have look over data in the logs, the request and response headers always make things very questionable whether I should put them in the logs.

Describe the solution you'd like:

I would like the logs to no longer contain the request and response headers.

Describe alternatives you've considered:

Leaving them in place, but it just causes a lot of extra work to look through them when I upload them here for future diagnostics.

This is really to help mitigate the possibility of security information accidentally leaking into the logs that someone may upload here. It will possibly make diagnosing things harder, but that's acceptable risk.
