sequence not resynchronized if /sequence/queue sent if state does not change

When I send /sequence/queue off to a sequence already 'off', the sequence is not re-synchronized with the sync sequence. Same thing append if we send /sequence/queue on to a sequence already 'on'.
This is annoying, because no other solution exists to synchronize the sequence, and sometimes, we just want to synchronize it to prepare it for its play time.
