Sorry to post here as I do not have an issue, in fact very impressed with Vault. I'd like to suggest integration with Keepass. What drew me to Vault is Keepass' lack of support on mobile devices (clunky to say the least) and I was very impressed with the ease of use of Vault to determine a password from any browser. My thought is how nice would it be to have a plugin for Keepass that would simply use the same algorithm Vault uses to generate passwords, then one could use Vault 'generated' passwords with Keepass provding the ability to store additional metadata about the service in the Keepass db, and of course secondarily the ability to store the password itself. Then of course when mobile one could fire up Vault via the browser, supply to appropriate passphrase and service name and determine the correct password.
I'm closing since I am not going to do this; it's out of scope for this project and it's beyond my expertise to write code for Keepass. However, that doesn't mean I think it's a bad idea :) I've no proprietary claim to the generator algorithm in Vault and you're free to port it to whatever platform you like.
