Looking at open tasks:
- release notes need to be updated
- jclouds-examples are currently on 1.5.7, but were also on 1.6.0-alpha.1 for a while. Should they be on 1.5.9 or 1.6.0-rc.1?
- installation guide should probably go straight to 1.5.9?
