Licence Overview page showing wrong dates

An issue that I have noticed is that when you go into the Licence Overview page where it lists all of the registered bus routes, there seems to be an issue whereby the 'last changed' date field just takes the most recent date even if that is crossed off and not happening.

Take Hulleys for example:

The 275 (or 257 as it actually is) registration is marked as last changed 29th October 2023 however this registration got cancelled and a new registration was put through instead to change on 2nd Sept 2023. As the 29th Oct changes were withdrawn, surely the 'last changed' date should be the most recent date that it was changed and the changes weren't withdrawn (if that makes sense).

For registrations with expiry dates, the crossing off the registration makes sense and ideally any changes because of the above situation should be ensured that this doesn't affect them.
