All NOC codes & Licence Numbers in different columns

Could the NOC Code thing not be massively simplified to instead show 'NOC Codes' then underneath, list them all with a comma? It looks worse because a number of operators have 4 NOC codes linking into the one. The worse one being Stagecoach South which has 7 NOC codes linked to it.
