My custom theme for Limechat

1. Run rake install
2. Press Cmd+Shift+8 in Limechat
3. Press Cmd+,
4. Click "Theme"
5. Select "Radar" from the "Current theme:" drop down
6. Think "Wow, that looks hot."

Known issues:

1. Multi-lined messages that are highlights, where the padding of each line will "conflict" with the line above it. Doesn't completely stop reading.
