German Translation

While Troubleshooting, I ran over the Localisation-File so many times that I decided to do a quick translation in my mother-language german. I'm not 100% satisfied with the result so far, for example, I don't have any Idea what "World-Warp" is and how to translate it. But at least It's better than nothing. If I have something to make a little more beautiful, I'll add that, so this is kind of a Version 0.1 thing.
But here you have it. Use it the way you want.
Please note that the German Language has weird Letters like "Ä" or "ß" , so I hope nothing messes the Format up, If you see many ? signs something went wrong >.<

Could you open a pull request with the translation additions so I can review it? The contributing guidelines are here. Also I think it's supposed to be "Word Wrap" but I am also not 100% sure what it controls
