Currently, the kibana-bot validates that backport PRs exist and once they do exist that they are merged. However, the kibana-bot does not does not alert users if their PRs weren't backported to the appropriate branches based on the version labels. It'd be quite helpful if the kibana-bot could do so, to prevent backports from going awry.
