pip install omnikdatalogger - execute bit not set on script

When installing using pip3 install omnikdatalogger pip installs omniklogger.py but the script has the execute bit not set.
Version 0.99.14 solves the issue. pip3 install omnikdatalogger also installs omnikloggerproxy.py on your system.
