`poetry add zigzag` failed

Hello
Thanks for the great package.
When I use poetry to add zigzag to my project it fails with this message:
• Installing zigzag (0.3.2): Failed
ParseConstraintError
Could not parse version constraint: >=^0.29
I guess there is something wrong with cython >=0.29
cython dependencey.
