EnviroLight - Scene Placement

The demo originally used TapToPlace to place the scene. This behavior was removed from MRTK for a very long time. It's back now, but implemented in a very different way as a solver. Currently there are issues using this as the initial placement method. There are also complications with moving the scene after it's placed. We may no longer want to allow that.
