How to with Heroku?

Hi, heroku supports Bundler's Gemfile with rails apps.
Is this supported on heroku as well?

Heroku doesn't support Isolate itself, but I deploy on Heroku by generating a .gems file at deploy time. I'll gist an example next time I'm at a real computer.
