Hi Jazzo,

Could we have BNB simulation when backtesting and paper trading, please?
Something like "VirtualAccountInitialBNBBalance": 1.

What is the use case for this? It really no different from the current setup, where it's using the market currency for fees (e.g. BTC). At the end of the day it doesn't really matter which currency you're paying your fees in, just their overall percentage.

My idea was to have BNB so we could simulate specific rules (BNB auto refill for example).
