Command usage window uses wrong case for add description

Format of add description uses d/DESCRIPTION, but the window uses uppercase D despite the fact that uppercase D is not accepted.

Bug accepted, however, the severity should be very low
From the guideline:
severity.VeryLow : A flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage e.g., a typo/spacing/layout/color/font issues in the docs or the UI that doesn't affect usage.
This is only a typo and it does not affect usage.
