Duplicate Rectangle entry with a wrong list order

Describe the bug
- Duplicate Rectangle entry in README.md
- Rectangle entry in Window management section does not follow alphabetical order in both README.md and README-zh.md
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Window management section
- See two Rectangle entries
Expected behavior
Rectangle entry should not be duplicated, lists should be sorted alphabetically
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: MacOS
- Browser: Firefox
- Version and Build: 112.0.2 (64-bit)
