Doesn't work, always gives 429 error

$ ./go/bin/archive.today https://google.com/
ERROR: POST request to https://archive.today/submit/ received unhappy response status-code=429

Thanks for letting me know. It seems unlikely I'll have time to investigate this in the near term, but pull-requests are always welcome and appreciated :)
