Release of 1.4

There is currently not a build available for 1.4. I complied the codebase with the latest Rimworld and Harmony binaries and everything seems to run fine. Given this repo appears to be stale I'd like to fork it and re-release it with your permission.
I've received some requests for releasing 1.4. I'm trying to reach out one more time for your consent on taking up ownership of this mod
And although I really want and can not wait for this mod to be released by anyone, I wonder if Jaxxa is ok, there has been no signs of activity at all.
