Check if options changed in last big SEM update

Stuff was changed in SEM, one of those things was renaming SEMSimple to SEM.
Because Upgrades.qml wasnt supported there was no upgrade path for this and it broke loading the 1 example in the data library.
I'll push a fix for that, but I did not look into the option-renaming.
Doesnt look good :p
