Dark Sky is sunsetting their API

Opening this so folks are aware that Dark Sky was purchased by Apple, and their API no longer accepts new signups.
It will cease functioning at the end of 2021.
With this change, both dark sky and weather underground are no longer allowing new api keys, making this app unusable going forward.
@cbron yeah, for any new users, this Alfred Workflow isn’t gonna be much help. I’ll open a PR to get the README updated.
@jeffbyrnes @jason0x43 Well it's not totally unusable. The guy who made Pirate Weather, an open source alternative to Dark Sky also allows API keys. If only I could figure out how to insert it into this workflow so it's usable, that'll be great.

@yarub123 interesting! We can certainly bring back the Dark Sky integration and change the names & links to refer to Pirate Weather instead.
