Link from Build details page to look at test failures passes the wrong query parameter

The link passes the query as the tq parameter in the url, but the test page now reads the q parameter for the query.
See the test failure at the bottom of https://runfo.azurewebsites.net/view/build/?number=1082912 as an example.
Yep missed that.
