TopW with margin top / bottom

I want margin around my xmobar I see how I can archive that with TopP and BottomP. But I also need the same for top and bottom. I also see how I can archive that, by placing the bar with Static, so that it is excactly at that position I want. But when I switch screens, Static doesn't work anymore because the screens have a different resolution. So I need something like a static position, with margin around the bar, but a relative width.
