Upgrade Showcase to Backstage 1.22

We need to be on the latest Backstage.
So assuming 1.22 drops in late Jan, that is likely the version we'll use, unless a compelling reason is raised to update to 1.23 in late Feb.
1.22.1 is live since 5 days https://github.com/backstage/backstage/releases
can we update to 1.22 ASAP?
