[Feature] Mapcode coordinates support

Mapcode is a free way to give GPS coordinates that are easy to remember (similar to what3words) https://www.mapcode.com/
It would be cool if Mapcode coordinates could be used in osmin, there is this c++ library: https://github.com/mapcode-foundation/mapcode-cpp
