This is a feature request.
I do love osmin and its offline capabilities, its running great on PinephonePro and will be my travel GPS for our upcoming around the world trip.
Since a few years I am wondering why there is not one navigation app which would show (when we are online) the temperature, weather and wind speeds?
Currently searching where we could gain this data on an open basis, one example is here or here(not open...) or https://www.mapbox.com/blog/better-with-weather

Not a bad idea. But the problem is that online services constantly change their api, or access restrictions. And often they disappear from one year to the next. Adding online features requires a very high maintenance effort. For example Osmin allows to show hillshade tiles, and unfortunately this service has not been available for several months.
