Issues on Mac OS X - for f90wrap 0.2.12

The build is successful but the executable fails with:
Fatal Python error: _PyInterpreterState_Get(): no current thread state
Here is the corresponding issue with the build logs

Can you test with the macOS wheels on PyPI?
