Use dedicated Sentry client for Electron

Electron Sentry Client

• We've got some issues with our current client, such as missing stack traces. Having a targeted solution could mean that issues like this get resolved on their own (as @sentry/electron would probably support electron-webpack, which is logically where the stacktrace issue is)
• We get native crash information (!)

Only downside right now is that it's in beta, it could be worth letting it mature a little more
