New codecs have been added to grok codec. Only encoder works.

mingw_std_threads

Adding mingw std::thread in C⁺⁺11/14. Patch mingw is included in <thread>, <mutex>, <future> files. The added mingw invoke function is only for thread. It contains variations of the <type_traits> library. So don't add mingw.invoke.h to change only for <type_traits>, <utility>, <functional>. The mingw.future.h function doesn't start packaged_task. This function is extensive and would rewrite function for mingw std::thread.

This is my inept attempt to merge some of the DNG SDKs included on github. DNG SDK library is needed to function for libRAW or GoPro GPR SDK. DNG SDK is always lossy because there hasn't color matrix option 'undefined' for RAW. DNG SDK in libRAW doesn't render colors well. libRAW doesn't produce compressed lossless files using family JPEG.
