ImportError: DLL load failed while importing pdftotext: The specified module could not be found

Hii,
I'm using Windows and Anaconda and after a long time trying to install the library I succeeded. But I can't import it and the solutions I found online didn't help. When I look at the installed packages I don't see a directory called PDFTOTEXT but only pdftotext-2.2.2.dist-info.
Is there a solution to the issue?
