Incorrect cursor on milestone tasks

When hovering over a milestone task, the cursor incorrectly changes from pointer to ns-resize as shown. This suggests the tasks can be reordered, but they can't.
This incorrect cursor stays when opening the dialog to check in work for a task:
As a result, it is impossible to select text by dragging the text in the dialog:
