the linked homepage tildehash.com seems not to be available at the moment, therefor no docs on installation and integration can be found.

Will be site come back online or is the any other way to get the docs?

tildehash.com is gone for now, and for good. I am moving to a new host and creating a new website to go with it. tildehash.com will redirect to that new website once it is done. I have added the documentation to the README.md file. HashOver 1.0 documentation will likely not be posted on the new website at all, as HashOver 2.0 will be released soon and 1.0 will be deprecated.
