BUG: Text on Login and Registration Page is too Small

Bug Description

Text on the login and registration page is too small. The font size on the style sheets for the individual pages should be changed and not the global font size in main.css. The actual size of the font is up to the designer.

Repro Steps

1. Redirect to either login or registration page
2. Observer tiny text
