QuiltView isn't being scrolled Vertically, It only scrolls Horizontally

Please check into this. The QuiltView isn'y being scrolled vertically, though i am setting the initialising parameter to true. Please check into this.

Try experimenting with the quiltview view not created yet, and after. This should work, it works for me.
