Running a local version

1. Clone the repo
2. Run bundle install in the folder
3. Run bundle exec jekyll s (optionally include --livereload as an argument to the command for live reloading on changes)
   1. Visit 127.0.0.1:4000 (or localhost:4000) to see the website
