That's not very much information to diagnose the issue, but two things jump out at me.

1. The name "lrupsc_1_20" looks like something created by an old version of pgx. Make sure you are using the latest version.
2. "plansource is not the same" makes me wonder if something changed out from under the application like an alter table or a change of search_path.
