[TOB Simulator] Add execution example

To show what the simulator is doing, we should develop an example that shows the flow of a few trades in detail.
Simple example started in the cross-exchange file. We want to show the following events:
- Entering an open order
- Opening an order
- Executing an order
- Opening the hedge
- Executing the hedge
