Pikabot doesn't remove birthday role after birthday ended

Expected: user removed from birthday role once the date changed and his birthday passed.
Actual: it does not happend
no erros or log info shows up, pikabot does not crush
seems like pikabot doesn't enter the removal condition, but its not really needed with discord.js V12+
