Wrong cluster id labels

Hi,

Some cluster id labels are wrong in the text_ref, resulting in a mismatch between the text spans and the box annotations. I can name a few examples here, such as data id 34480, 36485, 36337, etc. The mismatch happens quite randomly so I am not sure how to fix it. Could you please take a look? Thanks!
