Setup your pac file, upload it and to use: Copy URL of pac file and paste it on: Settings - Wi-Fi - (blue i icon right to your Wi-Fi name) - HTTP Proxy - Configure Proxy - Automatic - Paste the URL you copied on URL section - Save
