Please release apk I have only smartphone no PC, I can't build it myself. Please release binaries for all architecture.

First of all it's a system app that needs to be signed with ROM signature. Even though, there are plenty of custom ROMs that sign with public AOSP keys, some adaptations by the maintainer are still required in order to make the app fully functional.
