handmade.cpp and handmade.h are still present in the repository

Whenever you accidentally add handmade.{cpp,h} back into the tree, it's available by navigating to the mistaken commit (for example, here's the source files from day 27: h, cpp).

To remove them from the tree, follow the instructions here.

Thanks for the head's up and the pointer to BFG. I always have to coffee up before using git filter-branch. Casey said he didn't mind those early versions of handmade.cpp/.h posted as there wasn't any real game code in there yet, but I'll still remove them.
