windy.com with moving weather station?

from what i can see on windy.com
when i try to register a weather station - it wants a Lat/Lon … thus appears to assume its fixed?
does windy.com work with boat mounted (aka moving) weather stations?
Yes, API allows updating positions so moving weather stations are supported that way.
