make a list of 100Mbps-friendly hosts

Despite the fact that people advertise 100Mbps on VPSes, some of the hosts I've tried get testy if you actually push 100Mbps steady.
Good:
- Linode
- Vultr
- Hostwinds
Bad:
- Woothosting
