[Update] Show the count of pending applications in the provider cabinet

As a Service provider (Director, provider deputy or provider admin) I want to see the amount of unprocessed application in my cabinet.

Description

In the Provider cabinet on top of the "Заявки" tab display the counter of applications in the "Pending" status.

Acceptance Criteria

• Provider and Provider deputy should see the count of all the pending applications to all the workshops.
• Provider admin should see the count of the pending applications to the workshops that they have access to.
• Backend endpoint should looks like /provider/{id}/applications/pending
